I spend most of my money on technology products and books that show me how to communicate better.
Food and housing take up their share too (but that’s just the boring stuff).
Today I visited Barnes & Noble with my wife to spend a holiday gift card and picked up a copy of ‘SEO for Dummies’.
I passed the book in the technology section and jumped at the chance to sharpen my skills a bit. That’s money well spent.
Video is My New Passion
Far too long I’ve been a passive viewer of online content.
This December I jumped into the game by purchasing a Flip Mino video recorder and toting my digital camera to work with me each morning.
For less than $200 you can shoot your own video to upload to sites like YouTube.
Next on my shopping list is an HD camcorder. Not sure that I’m ready to dive in to an expensive video device just yet.
Maybe once I hit 100,000 views on YouTube.
Anyhow, if there’s a product or service that can help me communicate better, I’m looking for cash to purchase it.
